You have seen success with your students and you just know that your ideas can help other O&M Specialists who face the same obstacles you faced.

We are thrilled that you are interested in presenting at the second annual International Orientation and Mobility Online Symposium (IOMOS)!

The next International Orientation and Mobility Online Symposium will be held January 29-31, 2020, Eastern Standard Time. Check the World Clock to find out what those dates are for your time zone.

IOMOS is a community driven virtual conference for Orientation and Mobility Specialists. We serve O&M Specialists through live video conference presentations over the course of 2-3 days. We host one presentation at a time. This year, participants will have the option of attending live or watching a replay of your presentation within a certain time frame.

It is very much like being in a regular conference, except that you don’t have to leave your house to be able to present.

How It All Happens

Step 3: During the months of November-early January, our technology team will introduce you to the video conferencing platform. You will feel confident with the technology before your presentation. Pinky promise.

Step 4: You will be asked to turn in your presentation slides by December 17, 2019 to ensure that we are able to have all of the handouts ready in accessible formats in time for the symposium. Your handouts will only be available to the International O&M Online Symposium participants.
